For the Caferağa Sports and Culture Center to become a new social meeting point, it was considered important to ensure the fluidity, transitivity, and synergy of the public spaces inside and outside the building. Although the events are located at different levels, they are planned as transparent and intertwined spaces that allow transitions. The visual and physical interrelationship of the volumes is assured fluently by both the created internal spaces and the vertical circulation elements located inside and outside. The energy in the environment; It is desired that mobility and dynamism be reflected in the entire structure and its surroundings. Open, semi-open, and closed activity areas, which can be used flexibly and designed with a capacity that provides an environment for people to meet and socialize at any time of the day. Due to the retractable audience seating system, the rows of seats of the theater hall can be dragged and stored at the back thus the hall and the stage can become one space. The theater, which has an amphitheater that allows free activities such as training halls, concerts, and movie screenings, is located around the lower foyer area. The entrance foyer of the theater is directly related to the exhibition area. From all these levels, the gym foyer, fitness areas, free activity hall, and cafeteria areas on the upper level can be viewed and accessed. The gym is at the same level as the swimming pool and has a transparent façade structure that creates a bright and spacious interior to benefit from the daylight at the maximum level. Reinforced concrete and steel were used together as the structural system.
